“THE ATTITUDE CALEB HAS”

"THE ATTITUDE CALEB HAS"

Philip: If you were a long time reader of this blog. You have seen a lot of these words "God has promise us" ; "Visions, dreams and promises". Am I right? And you also know that this year is the fulfillment of those visions, dreams and promises. So.. okay.. fine this is the year of the visions, dreams and promises.. so what now? what are we going to do now? We prayed for that.. and did you know what? God has answered our prayer! Yes! He used the sunday service preach last sunday! and the sermon is all about.. the attitude of caleb… that is why He received God’s promise.

Chette: Did you know Caleb? Yep. He is one of the characters in the Bible. One of the 12 Spies of the promised Land. He has an extraordinary faith. He did not got afraid of the giants that was living in the promised Land. He trusted God so much and He believed that God has promised the Land to them that is why no one can stop God. God showed to us, brought us the message of Caleb’s Attitude. Of How should we act when God had promise us something and waiting for It.

Caleb’s Attitude…

1. Caleb Remember and Claim God’s promises (Joshua 14:6) If we are going to read Numbers and Joshua… you will see how Caleb remembered and Claim the promise that God has told him so. He Continually reminded God about His promise and continue to claim it, even though it wasn’t there YET.

2. Caleb Remains Faithful (Joshua 14:7-8) Caleb did not let go of God’s hands. He followed the Lord wholeheartedly. Doubts, fear, worry did not stop him from believing. He knows that God is not a LIAR God. What God said, It will be done.

3. Caleb Waited Patiently (Joshua 14:10) Caleb waited with no complains and no questions. He waited for God’s timing to Come. He did not get mad at God and ask Him "where?! where?!" He waited with patience.

4. Caleb was EXCITED and ENERGIZE in SERVING GOD (Joshua 14:11) He was already 80 years old that time when God has given Him the land. But His age did not stop him from "serving God" and not only that, sometimes.. because of our age.. we grew tired of serving God. But NOT CALEB. For 80 years of his life.. He served God with excitement in His heart. 5. Caleb TRUST in GOD (Joshua 14:12) Caleb fully trust in God. Even into the times… it was so doubtful.. Yet. He never let go of His Trust in God.

As we wait for God’s promise, we should be like Caleb. We should always remember and claim God’s promise, Remain faithful, wait patiently, serve God with excitement and trust God.

God bless!

WHAT TO DO…?

"WHAT TO DO WHEN GOD GIVES THE ONE FOR YOU"

Chette: The first thing to do is… of course, "ENTRUST YOUR EMOTIONS TO GOD". He Must be the founder of your relationship. If Love Ends (because of an argument) but God is in your relationship, The Love will never FADE. It may sound corny, but "PRAYER" is one of the SECRET Ingredient in a Strong Relationship. Pray, Read the Bible together, talk about God and His plans for you.

Philip: Secondly, Let God "DEVELOP YOUR CHARACTER". God knows you better than you know yourself. (Remember that). He is the author of your story. When you let God change you, develop your character, You’ll see a miracle. I experienced that believe me. When God change you.. It’s the Best! (When God moves in your life)

Chette: "FIND ROLE MODELS FOR THE CHRISTIANS MARRIAGE OF YOUR DREAMS". Since God gave you that guy (if you are sure) then You will marry him. Now, you two should look for true-to-life love stories of godswills. And How God moved into their life. Find out what made their marriages strong and sturdy (Other than Jesus being the "foundation of their relationship") :looks at Philip: Let’s see.. we could name some :) "Mr. Anthony Pangillinan and Maricel Laxa ; or Senator Kiko Pangilinan and Megastar Sharon Cuneta :) who else….? anyone you know?

Philip: Lastly, "BE GOOD TO YOUR FAMILY". Why did I say this? Because it will determine how you will treat your godswill. For girls, noticed… "How you treat your brother or your father" that’s the treatment you will do to your godswill too. For guys, "How you treat your sister or mother, will be the treatment to your godswill too." If you respect your family, It will not be hard to give respect to your love one.

God bless!
